Otto has had a storied career in soccer, playing professionally for 21 years, spending 17 of those years with the Cleveland Crunch/Force where he won three championships. He has also been at the forefront of futsal’s growth in the United States. As the goalkeeper for the US Men's National Futsal Team from 1996-2003, Otto won the gold medal in the first CONCACAF futsal tournament in Guatemala in 1996. He also qualified for the FIFA Futsal World Cup in Spain that same year. Otto possesses LNFS Futsal Coaches Certification in Spain, and USYF Level 3 Certification. He is the owner and founder of Heart and Sole Futsal Academy, goalkeeping director of USYF, and is the assistant coach and goalkeeper coach for the United States Men's National Futsal Team.
